In Columbus, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Ohio on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 10 am–10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (614) 300-7178. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, jetspizza.com.
Its Google rating stands at 3.2 out of 5 from 160 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Columbus is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Columbus follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My boyfriend ordered online and got his food a few minutes earlier. The pizza and cinnamon sticks were delicious, but a little expensive. The restaurant was super clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Would go again.

Jet's Pizza was the only restaurant still open when we came through the food court later in the day. The area was rather noisy because everyone left in the food court was clustered around it talking loudly. The pizza was inexpensive and tasted decent, though it was a little light on the toppings. Service was okay, but the staff seemed to be having some trouble keeping track of orders and initially brought out the wrong pizza for us - it looked like they just grabbed the wrong order on the way out of the kitchen, or perhaps it was tagged incorrectly. However, they quickly spotted the glitch and rectified it before we even made it to the counter to pick it up, apologizing for the confusion. NOTE: There was a very quick response on this from the owner. I will just say that the noise level is very obviously not their fault - this is the nature of a food court. The fact that their guy caught it and even apologized is actually a bar that some restaurants don't clear, so kudos to your guy behind the counter for recognizing it quickly before *we* knew there was a problem. I'm giving you an extra star for service. :-)

This Jet’s Pizza location does the Jet’s Pizza brand name a disservice with its poor management and rude staff. The wait times here are consistently longer than quoted; the staff always seem inconvenienced that you are daring to order food from their restaurant, or ask a question about the timing; the layout is totally disorganized, with no clear signage of ordering/pickup, which leads to mass confusion among customers and delivery drivers; even the pizza, though still good, was not to their standards at other stores. If I were Jet’s, I would disown this location, or at least slap another name on it so it doesn’t leave such a poor taste (no pun intended) in the mouth of so many loyal Jet’s customers.

I eat here every time I come to the Midwest Veterinary Conference. Pizza was great as usual! I had to come here to say, Donna was sending me 🤣. She is out here doing the Lord's work. If Donna isn't already officially in charge, she needs to be! Matter of fact, she needs a significant pay increase. She knows exactly what's up. Donna, thanks for making my whole weekend! Stay awesome!!! -Mandy

I ordered a Greek salad and it was completely spoiled. It had a sour taste and the lettuce was wilted and in bad condition. I couldn’t eat it at all. Very disappointing experience. I expected fresh food, not something that seemed old.
